1. Service Terms of Use
Article 1: Purpose
These Terms regulate the rights and obligations between the Company and Members in connection with the use of the platform service provided by the Company.
Article 2: Definitions
- Service: Live commerce sales operation platform
- Member: User registered with the service
- Seller Member: Member who sells products
- Buyer Member: User who purchases products
Article 3: Membership Registration
Membership is established upon agreeing to the Terms and completing the registration application.
Article 4: Member Obligations
Members must not engage in the following activities:
- Identity theft
- Infringement on service systems
- Sale of illegal products
- Creation of false orders
Article 5: Service Provision
The Company provides the following services:
- Product registration management
- Order registration management
- Delivery registration management
- Seller customer management
Article 6: Orders and Payments
Payments are made through the payment system provided by the Company.
Article 7: Delivery
Product delivery is the responsibility of the Seller Member.
Article 8: Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds and exchanges are subject to the Seller Member's policies.
Article 9: E-commerce Intermediation
The Company, as an e-commerce intermediary, only provides the platform and is not a party to product sales. Responsibility for product sales, delivery, refunds, etc. lies with the Seller Member.
Article 10: Service Interruption
The Company may suspend service provision due to system maintenance, server failures, etc.
Article 11: Disclaimer
The Company is not responsible for transactions between Seller Members and Buyer Members.
2. Seller Member Terms of Use
Article 12: Seller Member Registration
Seller Members must complete a separate registration process to sell products.
Article 13: Seller Member Obligations
- Maintaining accuracy of product information
- Responsibility for delivery and refunds
- Compliance with laws and regulations
- No infringement of intellectual property rights
Article 14: Product Sales Responsibility
Responsibility for product information and transactions lies with the Seller Member.
Article 15: Buyer Personal Information Protection
Seller Members may not use buyer personal information for purposes other than delivery.
Article 16: Sales Restrictions
The Company may restrict sales activities in the following cases:
- Sale of illegal products
- False product information
- Repeated customer complaints
